Privacy Notice

There is no sign-up form. You sign in by signing a message with your wallet, which proves you control that wallet and tells us nothing else. We do not ask for and do not hold your name, your email address, your phone number, a password, or any identity document.

What identifies you here is your wallet address, which is already public on the blockchain.

Because you signed in:

• your wallet address
• an avatar, if you drew one, and the record of the payment for it
• your preferences - things like your default trade size, slippage and notification switches
• your favourites
• a session, so you stay signed in until you sign out

Because you used the platform:

• messages you post in a room, with the wallet that posted them and the time
• which room you are currently viewing, and whether you are in its voice channel, while you are there
• coins you launched, and your trades - all of which we read from the public blockchain rather than learn from you
• reports you submit about a coin

Automatically, when your browser makes a request:

• your IP address, used to rate-limit abuse and then not retained as a profile of you
• ordinary request information such as the page requested and the time

We do not record voice. Voice channels are live and pass through a third-party service; nothing is captured or stored on our side, and there is no archive. We store only the fact that somebody is in a channel, and only while they are.

We hold your wallet address, session, preferences, favourites and avatar in order to provide the platform to you at all - it is what makes the thing work when you ask it to.

We hold messages, presence and reports, and use IP addresses for rate limiting, because we have a legitimate interest in the platform functioning, in rooms being usable, and in defending it against abuse.

Where the law where you live requires your consent for something, we ask for it, and you can withdraw it.

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform, and they process data only to provide their service to us: a hosting provider that runs the application, a database provider that stores it, a real-time voice provider that carries voice channels, and blockchain node providers we read public chain data through.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site at all.

We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to investigate a serious breach of our terms.

These providers operate internationally, so data may be processed in a country other than yours, under the safeguards applicable law requires.

Your chat messages, your avatar, the coins you launched, and your position badge in a room are visible to everyone, including people who never sign in. That is what a public room is.

Preferences, favourites, your avatar and your profile last until you delete your account. Messages last until you or we delete them. Presence disappears when you leave a room. Sign-in artefacts expire on their own within hours. Records of payments are kept while we may need them for accounting.

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• give you a copy in a portable form
• stop or limit a particular use of it
• withdraw consent you previously gave

You can delete everything we hold yourself, from your settings, without asking anyone. That is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.

Every one of these rights stops at the blockchain, for the reason set out above. We would rather say so here than accept a deletion request we cannot honour.

If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This platform is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18. If you believe a child is using it, tell us and we will remove what we hold.

We protect what we hold with the ordinary measures you would expect, and we designed the platform to hold as little as possible - the strongest protection for data is not collecting it. There is no password to steal here and no funds for us to lose, because we never hold either.

No system is perfectly secure, and transmitting anything over the internet carries risk.

We use two cookies and no trackers. The Cookie Notice explains both.

If we change this notice, the date at the top changes. If a change materially affects your rights we will make that visible rather than quietly amending the page.
