Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of this platform. By using the platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
Read this part even if you read nothing else
This platform lets anyone create a coin. Anyone means anyone: there is no vetting, no approval and no endorsement. A coin appearing here is not a recommendation, and its name, image and description were written by whoever launched it.
Most of these coins go to zero. Prices move within seconds, the person who launched a coin can sell theirs at any time, and there is no floor under any of it. You should be prepared to lose everything you put in. Never spend money you need.
We are not your broker, adviser, or agent, and nothing here is financial advice. We have no idea what your circumstances are and no duty to look after your interests. Every decision to buy, sell or hold is yours alone.
1Who this agreement is with
"We", "us" and "the platform" mean the operator of this website and the services offered through it. "You" means the person using it.
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and continuing to use the platform means you accept the new version. If you do not, stop using it.
2You must be 18 or over
You may only use this platform if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. If you are under 18, you may not use it, and we will remove any account we discover belongs to someone under 18.
You are also responsible for making sure that using a platform like this one is legal where you are. Some countries prohibit it. We do not give you advice about your own jurisdiction, and using the platform from somewhere it is not permitted is your responsibility, not ours.
3We never hold your money
This platform is non-custodial. We do not hold your funds, your coins or your private keys, and we cannot move anything on your behalf. Every trade, launch and fee payment is a transaction your own wallet signs.
Signing in uses a message signature, not a transaction, and costs nothing. A message signature cannot move funds.
The consequence is worth stating plainly: if you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover it, and if you sign a transaction somewhere else that drains it, we cannot reverse it. Nobody can. Your wallet is your responsibility.
4What things cost
Trading. A fee of 1.25% is charged on trades. It is split three ways: a share to the underlying bonding-curve protocol we build on, 0.30% to the person who launched the coin, and the remainder to this platform. A new coin may open at a higher fee that falls to 1.25% over the first minute; that exists so that bots front-running a launch pay for the privilege, and it is disclosed on the coin's page.
Launching. We charge no fee to create a coin. A launch still costs money, because the blockchain charges for the accounts it creates and for writing the coin's metadata. That cost goes to the network, not to us, and the amount is shown before you sign.
Avatars. Drawing an avatar costs a fee, shown before you pay. It is not refundable, and deleting or replacing your avatar does not refund it. Drawing a new one costs the fee again. This is deliberate: the charge is what stops the one piece of user-drawn art on the platform from being spammed.
Every figure is shown to you before you sign anything. What the blockchain actually charges can differ slightly from an estimate because of network conditions and rounding.
5Creator fees
If you launch a coin, you earn 0.30% of every trade in it. The share accrues on the coin itself and you collect it by signing a claim from your portfolio. It does not expire.
Claiming costs a network fee, which is shown before you sign. If your share is smaller than the cost of collecting it, we tell you, and we let you decide - it is your money and it is your choice whether it is worth collecting.
We cannot guarantee that fees will accrue or be collectable in any particular case. That depends on the blockchain and on the smart contracts involved, not on us. You are responsible for any tax arising on what you earn; we do not give tax advice.
6Coins are permanent, and mostly beyond our reach
A coin created here exists on a public blockchain. We did not put it there in any sense that lets us take it back: we cannot delete a coin, reverse a trade, freeze a balance or edit what was written on chain. Neither can anyone else.
What we can do is decide what this website shows. We may remove a coin from the board and from search, at our discretion and without notice, and we do that for things like impersonation, illegal content or obvious fraud. Removing a coin from this site does not remove it from the blockchain, does not affect anyone's holdings and does not stop it trading elsewhere.
If a coin is removed from the board, the fees its creator has already earned remain theirs and remain claimable.
7Rooms, chat and voice
Every coin has a public text chat and a voice channel. Anyone can read and listen. Posting and speaking require holding the coin, which is checked against the blockchain.
Chat is public and it is stored. Anyone can read it, including people who are not signed in. Do not post anything you would not want kept.
Voice is live and we do not record it. It is not stored on our systems and there is no archive of it. That also means we cannot review what was said after the fact, so we cannot investigate a complaint about it, and other people in a room can always record it themselves whatever we do.
When using either, you must not:
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone
- impersonate another person, a project, or this platform
- post content that is illegal where you or your audience are
- spread claims you know to be false in order to move a price
- post another person's private information
- automate posting to flood or manipulate a room
We may remove messages and withdraw access to rooms at our discretion. We do not pre-moderate: with rare exceptions, nobody reads a message before you do.
8Things you must not do
Beyond the room rules above, you must not:
- use the platform where doing so is illegal for you
- launch a coin whose name, image or description infringes someone else's rights, impersonates a real person or project, or is designed to deceive
- manipulate the market in any coin, including wash trading and coordinated pump-and-dump schemes
- attack the platform: probing for vulnerabilities, bypassing limits, scraping at a scale that degrades it for others, or interfering with anyone else's use of it
- attempt to gain access to accounts, wallets or data that are not yours
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including with synthetic or AI-generated media
- use the platform to launder money or finance anything criminal
We may restrict or withdraw access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe any of this is happening.
9What you post, and what you own
You keep ownership of what you create: your messages, your avatar, and the name, image and description of any coin you launch. By posting it here you give us permission to host and display it on the platform, which is simply what publishing it requires.
You are responsible for having the right to post it. Do not upload an image you do not have the rights to.
Everything else - the software, design and branding of the platform itself - remains ours.
10The platform is provided as it is
We provide the platform without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not promise that any figure shown is accurate: prices, balances and charts are derived from public blockchain data and third-party sources, which can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
Blockchains and the networks around them can fail, congest, or behave in ways nobody controls. A transaction can fail after you have paid for it. We are not responsible for that.
11Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform. That includes losses on any coin, losses caused by the failure, delay or congestion of a blockchain, losses caused by another user, and losses caused by anything you signed.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law - including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, and where that is so, these limits apply only as far as they are permitted.
You agree to cover us against claims brought by others that arise from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or content you posted.
12Ending your use
You can stop at any time by not using the platform. You may delete your account from your settings, which removes your profile, avatar, preferences and messages from this site.
What deletion cannot touch is the blockchain. Your trades, the coins you launched and the wallet address that made them are public records on a network we do not control, and no action by us or by you removes them. This is explained further in the Privacy Notice.
We may suspend or end your access at our discretion, particularly where we believe these terms have been breached.
13Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, contact us first. Most problems are resolved faster that way than by anything formal.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the platform's operator is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally, or to rely on protections that cannot be excluded by agreement, this does not take that right away.
14General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing something immediately does not mean we have given up the right to. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to someone else.
These terms, together with the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice, are the whole agreement between us.
These documents describe how this platform actually works: what it stores, what it charges, what it can undo and what it cannot. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
